The Regional Centers for Workforce Champions are key initiatives designed to support workforce development by building strong partnerships between employers, educators, and service providers. Focused on fostering a skilled and adaptable workforce, these centers play a vital role in addressing the employment and training needs of both workers and employers in specific regions. Their mission is particularly dedicated to aiding those who serve the developmental and disabled community, helping to bridge the gaps between service providers, individuals, and industries that are critical for community growth.

The mission of the Regional Centers for Workforce Champions is to create pathways for success by connecting workers with in-demand skills training, professional development, and job placement resources. By fostering collaboration, these centers ensure that service providers in the developmental and disabled community have access to the tools and knowledge they need to help individuals reach their fullest potential.

Due to ongoing planning and updates to the program, all events from December 1st through December 7th have been postponed. These adjustments come as the center finalizes details for the next three years of activities and services. Once these details are confirmed, all activities and associated resources will resume, offering a renewed focus on enhancing workforce opportunities and strengthening the partnerships that support this important cause.

The Regional Centers for Workforce Champions remain committed to their mission of supporting providers who work with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Through their work, they help build a stronger, more inclusive workforce while ensuring that those who serve the developmental and disabled community can access the resources they need to thrive.
